Policies and Terms 

We ship from Portugal using Express post which is safe and traceable. We moved to Portugal from Ireland in 2018. We use CTT 'Corrieo Azul' service which is the Portuguese national post service's Express Shipping option and we also work with UPS.


We use the Etsy platform for most of our sales. If you purchase on Etsy, all policies, terms and current shipping times and fees are stated on that platform. For some custom orders, I will use email and PayPal or bank transfer, and the below terms apply. 

Ready to ship in:
3 business days ready designed, 1 week custom order.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or handling.

Online payment:

Credit card or PayPal or Etsy Payments

Offline payments:

Contact me for my details if you wish to pay by bank transfer.

I keep your payment information secure by using the PayPal or Etsy platforms. I never receive your credit card information.

Returns & exchanges
I accept exchanges from the European Union. Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations or returns but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Non-EU exchanges are not possible due to customs difficulties. 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders.

Conditions of exchange
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item to be exchanged is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Missing Items

If a woven cord goes missing, I will reship at no extra cost to you. Please keep an eye on your item using the Postal Service 'Track and Trace' function of your own country, especially if you are on a tight timeframe. Most countries have the option of signing up for email alerts of all activities relating to the movement of the package through their system.


If the item goes astray due to a mistake with the address supplied to me, I will reweave for a small fee, and also charge you for the reshipment costs. I do my best to assist in avoiding this situation by including the address I have been provided in your Order Confirmation email, so you have the opportunity to check that it is correct.



If a cord is not delivered 6 weeks after I ship, I will give you a refund minus shipping charges.
